Bodywork for the Internal Organs of the Belly

Gather tools and understandings to offer therapy to free the organs and support their
optimal function and general wellbeing. Gain clarity around the anatomy and physiology of the organs and their inter-relationshipwith the structural body.  Enhance your TCM 5 Element perspectives. Develop a greater sensitivity of touch as you explore the profound effect of a more subtle "non-doing" approach. Learn potent gestures that will augment your current practice or can be offered as a stand alone therapy option.

Bodywork for the Internal Organs training will enable you to:

This venue is one of the Subud halls used primarily for the spiritual exercise of "latihan,"
contemplation, introspection and meditation. It offers a quiet retreat space located in the
bush.

The 5 days will include daily movement practices that support an embodied
understanding of somatic concepts, demonstrations, discussions and practise labs that
offer spaciousness to explore and gain confidence in the gestures, herbal teas and
breakfast relating to the day's topics.
