Blanche has been dedicated to the practice of movement in all its forms: dance, yoga, and bodywork. This journey has allowed her to connect body alignment, breath freedom, and the healing power of touch. Her path started with massage at an early age, and at 20, she joined a Shiatsu school. By 25, she was working in a sports clinic in Whistler, Canada, before continuing her training in Thailand, where she obtained her Thai massage diploma in 2004.

Her passion for teaching led her to open a massage school in Pai, Thailand, where she began her teaching career. Since then, she has continually deepened her knowledge and approach to bodywork, always with a holistic and intuitive perspective. She has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 15 years, inspired by multiple traditions, including Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, and Fluid Flow. She also integrates non-dual teachings from Advaita Vedanta and Kashmiri Shaivism into her practice.

Blanche began studying directly with Gwyn Williams in 2017, participating in various trainings with him in France, where she assisted him for several years. She also took part in an immersion in Bali and spent 9 months in the Therapeutic Program, which allowed her to deepen her understanding of Zenthai Shiatsu beyond just the techniques.

Now a certified teacher of Zenthai Shiatsu Level 1, Blanche offers training in France, Switzerland, and Portugal. Her approach emphasizes reconnecting with the body, honoring the sacred in each moment, and fostering a holistic, intuitive practice that integrates body, mind, and spirit.

Her teachings invite students to explore the unity between all aspects of self, guiding them to embody their practice fully and experience the transformative potential of Zenthai Shiatsu

Blanche says...

I create spaces of deep listening, presence, and unity.

For over 20 years, I has explored the path of therapeutic touch through Shiatsu, Thai massage, advanced techniques for high-level athletes, and of course Zenthai Shiatsu, which I have been studying for the past 8 years with Gwyn Williams — and from which I have just returned after a 9-month intensive immersion in the birthplace of Zenthai in Australia.

I have been assisting and organizing Gwyn’s trainings in France for many years. On my journey through various schools of bodywork has refined a touch that is both precise, intuitive, and deeply grounded.

In my sessions, the gesture arises from a quiet place, where there is no longer any separation between bodies. A dance begins. And in this dance, space expands, tension releases, and life begins to flow again. I now share this healing art across Europe, guiding Level 1 Zenthai Shiatsu trainings with heart and passion.

Reflections from clients...

“I arrived to Blanche’s Zen Thai shiatsu mat feeling a little depleted, and with an aching lumbar spine. I was met with her sweet and loving presence, a wealth of knowledge, and keen intuition. I felt generations of intelligence and spirit pouring through her healing hands and gestures. Blanche created a healing environment where I felt safe, held, and deeply relaxed. I felt energized, and free of pain in my low back (for the first time in months!) I am so grateful for the intuitive therapy she provided, and feel the lasting benefits. She is one of the most talented and potent healers I have ever worked with". – Shelley Williams, California

"Thank you for these incredible massages, Blanche. Your Zenthai technique — which I hadn’t heard of before — is exceptional, and I felt so much better and more relaxed after each session.Your ability to identify and relieve points of tension is truly impressive. You do this not only through your art of touch, but also by connecting with the person before the session. I appreciate your professionalism and the calming atmosphere you create. It’s clear that you are passionate about what you do — thank you so much for sharing that passion with me. It was amazing."
