I am deeply passionate about human connection, holistic self-care, bodywork, and music. I believe that humans are inherently social beings who depend on touch and connection for wellbeing. In my 1:1 sessions, I support clients both physically, and emotionally to find grounded self-assurance. Obstacles, often manifesting as physical pain or weakness are addressed through powerful bodywork. In HELD-Space workshops and group containers, we strive to create an environment for participants to experience connection, support, and wholesome interdependence.
